V1.0 Launch and Community Momentum
Sharma announced Meshery V1.0 at this session, with the release going live on GitHub immediately after. V1.0 adds governance and security features for safer team collaboration on infrastructure designs. Meshery reached 10,000 GitHub stars recently and ranks sixth by velocity among all CNCF projects. The project also split into two GitHub organizations to better organize contributor and maintainer work, and now offers a CNCF-backed Certified Meshery Contributor credential.
